03/20/2010. On 03/20 at 0040hrs, Fourth District Officers responded to an aggravated battery by shooting at the above location. Upon arrival,officers observed the victim lying faced down, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Victim was pronounced at the scene. |

Fianlly! I'm glad to see "shooting" listed on this site, but "Victim was pronounced at the scene." Sounds more like 'Murder' to me. Let's call it what it is. "Shooting" is a good start though. First time I have seen it and I read this email daily.
