Wears Glasses. See attached file for photo of offender. DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: This offenders victim pool are females aged 15 to adult. He was acquainted with both victim’s. The offender engaged in a dating relationship with the minor female and used force with the adult victim (former girlfriend) in order to gain compliance. In each case, the sexual contact resulted in sexual penetration. This offender reached level 3 status by violating Conditional Release and failing to follow his agents directives. He served an additional year in 2006 for these reasons. CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: SUPERVISED RELEASE May not enter an establishment whose main business is the sale of alcohol.
