01/29/2010 11:00 PM. A 21-year-old man was in critical but stable condition Saturday after he was shot in the face and upper right arm about 11 p.m. Friday at 30th and Washington streets police said. The victim told officers he was walking when a gunman fired several times, striking him twice, police Master Sgt. Steven Barnes said. The victim went to the West 30th Street home of a friend, who drove him to Wilmington Hospital. View Source. |
