Arrest - 6XX FOURTH ST., MONONGAHELA, PA - 11/17/2009

11/17/2009. Drug arrest: Thomas Stickel, 38, of 653 Fourth St., Monongahela, was arrested Monday following a joint investigation by Monongahela police and the Washington County District Attorney's Drug Task Force. Stickel is accused of selling heroin to a confidential informant throughout the Monongahela area last month. Stickel was arraigned before District Judge Mark Wilson on two counts each of possession and possession with intent to deliver heroin and one count of criminal conspiracy. He was placed in Washington County Jail on $50,000 bond. Stickel is the 30th suspected drug dealer to be arrested in Monongahela this year. View Source.
