Theft - ELIZABETH, MONONGAHELA, PA - 11/17/2009

11/17/2009. Theft charge: Paul Eric Battle Jr., 52, of Elizabeth, was arrested Friday by Monongahela police on charges of receiving stolen property and theft by deception. Battle is accused of cashing in Pennsylvania Lottery tickets that had been reported stolen from a store in Elizabeth, Allegheny County, and cashed in at several businesses in Monongahela in July for more than $500. He told police he bought the tickets from a man named Brian for $150. Battle was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson and released on $10,000 unsecured bond. View Source.
