Assault - 1XX CHARLES ST, CANTON TOWNSHIP, PA - 11/18/2009

11/18/2009. Assault arrest: Donald James Davidson, 24, of 149 Charles St., Canton, was arrested Monday by state police for allegedly punching Samantha Pierson in the face several times. Pierson was taken to Washington Hospital for treatment. Police also found Davidson with suspected heroin and four narcotic pills when he was taken to the barracks for processing. Davidson was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson on charges of possession of a controlled substance, simple assault and harassment. He was placed in Washington County Jail on $7,500 bond View Source.
