11/15/2009 01:38 PM. THE MALE VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE WAS IN HIS RESIDENCE WITH HIS SON (A JUVENILE) AND A MALE FRIEND, WHEN JAZZ MONTANA DANIELS ENTERED THE RESIDENCE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. ONCE INSIDE THE RESIDENCE, DANIELS PULLED OUT A CHROME HANDGUN AND DEMANDED MONEY. DANIELS WAS LAST SEEN RUNNING OUT OF THE VICTIM?S BACKDOOR. WARRANTS WERE OBTAINED FOR DANIELS FOR BURGLARY, ATTEMPTED ROBBERY, AND MISDEMEANOR CHILD ABUSE WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN SERVED AT THE TIME OF THIS REPORT. View Source.
