11/13/2009. Assault arrest: Paul Hines, 47, of 123 Washington St., Washington, was arraigned Thursday in connection with a July 4 assault at Maple Terrace. Hines and another man are accused of assaulting John McClain of Maple Terrace. Hines reportedly kicked McClain in the head three times while he was on the ground. McClain needed stitches to close a head wound and also suffered a cracked cheek bone, police said. Police have a warrant for the second suspect. Hines was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, and harassment. He was released after posting $50 of a $500 percentage bond View Source.
