Arrest - TRINITY POINT, SOUTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP, PA - 11/13/2009

11/13/2009. Driver charged: Delia R. Cole, 31, of 265 McChain Road, Finleyville, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by South Strabane police on charges of driving under the influence of a solvent and illegal use of certain solvents. Police were called to the drive-through at McDonald's, Trinity Point, for a report of a woman passed out at the wheel of her car. She was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson and placed in Washington County Jail on $2,500 bond. View Source.
