Assault - XX CARL AVE., NORTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP, PA - 11/10/2009

11/10/2009. Assault arrest: Tom W. Matiyasic, 34, of 60 Carl Ave., North Strabane, was arrested Sunday by North Strabane police for allegedly assaulting Buffy Kobertz, 31, during a confrontation at their home. He is accused of hitting her in the face and putting his hands around her neck. He was arraigned via video before District Judge Larry Hopkins on charges of simple assault and harassment. He was released on $2,500 unsecured bond. View Source.
