Assault - 1XX CLARE DRIVE, SOUTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP, PA - 11/10/2009

11/10/2009. Assault charge: Timothy V. Colussi, 42, of 130 Clare Drive, South Strabane, was arrested Sunday by South Strabane police after he allegedly punched his sister, Tina Duggan of Canonsburg, in the head. Police said he was intoxicated from drinking mouthwash. Colussi was arraigned via video before District Judge Larry Hopkins on charges of simple assault and harassment. He was placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond. View Source.
