Arrest - 4XX 1/2 N. MAIN ST., CHARTIERS TOWNSHIP, PA - 11/11/2009

11/11/2009. Warrant arrest: Gerard R. "Pappy" Ashton Jr., 56, of 1256 Bruce St., Washington, was arrested Monday on a fugitive warrant stemming from a June 2006 incident at 452 1/2 N. Main St., Chartiers. Ashton allegedly tried to purchase cocaine on June 30, 2006, from an informant. Detectives also confiscated his telephone and $400. A warrant was issued for his arrest in 2007. Ashton was arraigned before District Judge David Mark on charges of possession, attempted possession with attempt to deliver and conspiracy. He was placed in Washington County Jail on $10,000 bond.
