Vandalism on XX CORNHILL STREET, ANNAPOLIS, MD, MD

11/06/2009 06:47 AM. Officer’s investigating two different cases charged the same suspect for the separate crimes. A victim in the first block of Cornhill Street reported that she saw a man breaking the lattice over a ground floor window. She told police that the man had left the area just before they arrived. Officer’s located a man matching the description the women had given on Fleet Street. While he was being booked for Destruction of Property, officers discovered evidence which linked the suspect to a burglary and Destruction of Property that occurred in the first block of Francis Street during the same time period. Someone had entered a business in the area by smashing a window and once inside had sprayed a fire extinguisher throughout the office. Chaz Tyler Brown, DOB 1/29/86 is charged with 4th Degree Burglary and Malicious Destruction of Property over $500.00 for the Francis Street incident and Malicious Destruction of Property under $500.00 for the incident on Cornhill Street.
