On 10/30 at 1550hrs, victim was approached from behind by an unknown black male and demanded money. subject pulled out a folding pocket knife. Victim attempted to flee, at which time the subject grabbed the victim's rear pocket and ripped it. subject pushed the victim to the ground and fled the scene with the victim's property. Subject Chad Jones B/M 04/17/76 was arrested and charged with armed robbery.
