11/04/2009. Suspicious Event: A 9-year-old was riding a scooter in the area when he says an unknown subject tried to grab him. The subject was described as a White male in his 40?s with a thin build and shoulder length brown hair. The subject never spoke to the victim or made physical contact with him. The 9-year-old ran back to his residence where he reported the incident to his family. The area was searched and no subject matching that description was located.
