A MAN, 31, AND HIS WIFE, 28, WERE WALKING THEIR DOG IN THE 800 BLOCK OF BRAESIDE ROAD ABOUT 9 P.M. MONDAY WHEN TWO MEN, ONE ARMED WITH A LONG BARREL REVOLVER, EXITED A DARK BLUE FOUR-DOOR BUICK AND ATTEMPTED TO ROB THEM. DURING THE INCIDENT, THE GUNMAN STRUCK THE MAN WITH HIS GUN BEFORE HE AND HIS ACCOMPLICE FLED WITH NO PROPERTY OR MONEY. THE INJURED MAN WAS TREATED AT ST. AGNES HOSPITAL AND WAS RELEASED.
