10/27/2009 10:35 AM. Officers responded to the KFC in the 1900 block of West Street for the report of a robbery in progress. An employee hiding in the rest room had called 911. When officers arrived, employees told them that the subjects had fled on Hicks Avenue. A description was broadcast of 2 black males, approximately 18 years old, 5’5”-5’6”, 130-150 pounds, one wearing blue jeans and a black jacket the other wearing blue jeans and a gray hooded sweatshirt. The Annapolis Fire Department responded to assist an employee who had been struck with a handgun by one of the subjects. No cash or goods were taken and the investigation is continuing. |
