10/26/2009 05:53 PM. On 10/26/2009 at approximately 1753 hours, members of the Frederick Police Department responded to a report of a strongarm robbery which had just occurred in the 300 block of N Market St. The victim, who had been punched in the face and had money taken from him, provided a description of the suspect and a direction of travel. Officers located the suspect, who was positively identified by the victim, in the 200 block of Klinehart’s Alley. Matthew Allen Dennis was placed under arrest. The victim recovered $25. At this time, Dennis is awaiting an appearance before a District Court Commissioner. View Source. |
