A MAN, 29, WAS SHOT ABOUT 2 A.M. MONDAY IN THE 600 BLOCK OF E. CHASE ST. AND WAS TAKEN TO JOHNS HOPKINS HOSPITAL, WHERE HE WAS TREATED FOR A BULLET WOUND OF THE LEFT LEG. POLICE WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE SCENE OF THE SHOOTING UNTIL THEY DISCOVERED A BLOOD TRAIL. NO ARREST HAD BEEN MADE AND POLICE WERE WITHOUT A MOTIVE. ANYONE WITH INFORMATION IS ASKED TO CONTACT THE DISTRICT'S DETECTIVE UNIT AT 410-396-2433.
