Delaware State Police say they have arrested a 26-year-old man for robbing a bank in Greenwood on Saturday morning. Police arrested Toshawn L. Furlow, 26, of Milford and charged him with second-degree robbery and theft. At 8:30 a.m., troopers responded to the Discover Bank at 502 E. Market Street in reference to a bank robbery alarm. Troopers say that a black male entered the bank, approached a teller and handed a note which read, "30 seconds give me money or die."
