Police arrested one person after shots were fired at a vehicle early this morning on the city's Southeast Side. Police were called to 28th Street SE near Eastern Avenue about 1:15 a.m., where those in the vehicle who were fired upon provided a description and license plate number of suspect's car. Police were able to locate the suspect's vehicle, a green Chrysler, less than an hour later on Worden Street SE near Union Avenue. Police said a long gun was recovered from the vehicle and a person was taken in custody.
