Arrest - PAROLE STREET, ANNAPOLIS, MD, UNITED STATES

A resident of the unit block of Parole Street heard a loud noise from outside her house. When she looked out, she saw that a red Ford Truck had struck her mailbox. The driver then continued on across Forest Drive. She got into her car and drove in the same direction. While searching for the truck, she found it parked on Center Street. Officers arrived and found that prior to striking the mailbox, the same vehicle had hit two parked cars on Parole Street. The driver was found slumped over the wheel. After an investigation, he was arrested and charged with Hit and Run, DWI, an other related Traffic Offenses. He was identified as 36 year old Neptali Dominquez – Martinez of Porter Drive.
