On September 22nd, the Annapolis High School and Anne Arundel County Police notified Annapolis Police that there had been a fight at the school and that there was concern that there might be a carry – over after school hours in the neighborhoods. Annapolis Officers paid special attention to the areas where the busses carrying AHS students discharge passengers. In the 1800 block of Bowman Drive, officers noticed an unusually large gathering of high school aged juveniles. Many of them appeared to be hostile and trying to start altercations. Officers recognized several of them and knew they were not area residents. The officers worked to disperse the crowd and ordered the non - residents to leave the area. Most complied, except for two. These two, a 15 year old and a 16 year old, both males and both Newtowne Drive residents, were arrested and charged with Trespassing. (08-006014)
